Effect of hirudin on growth of A549 non-small cell lung carcinoma and MDAMB 231 breast carcinoma cells in nude mice. Nude mice were injected intraperitoneally with hirudin (20 mg/kg) 5 minutes before and 4 hours after the subcutaneous injection of 1 × 106 cells into the flank.
