Combining antiangiogenic (DC101) therapy with anti–VEGFR-1 (6.12) antibody, chemotherapy, or RTX therapy enhances antitumor effects. NOD/SCID mice engrafted with subcutaneous human lymphoma xenografts were treated with antibodies through intraperitoneal injection for 3 weeks. Comparison of results on treatment day 21 is shown.
