IL-12 polarization to DCNK-IS depends on cytoskeleton and raft mobilization. mDCs were pretreated with inhibitors of cytoskeleton remodeling (nocodazole, CytB) or of raft mobilization (MCD) prior to coculture with NK cells. The percentages of mDC/NK cell conjugates exhibiting IL-12 relocalization to the synapse in confocal microscopy are reported. The mean percentages ± SEM of 3 independent experiments are shown.
