(B) Spleen cells were isolated from wild-type (left) or AML1+/– (right) mice and stained for CD4 and CD8, and the frequency of cells staining with these antibodies was determined by FACS. The percentage of CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ cells, along with the CD4⁺ to CD8⁺ T-cell ratio, is indicated. The profile shown is from a single pair of age- and sex-matched littermates. Identical results were obtained from 2 other pairs of mice.
