(A) BM cells were isolated from either wild-type (left) or AML1+/– (right) mice and stained for Mac1 and GR-1, CD3 and B220, or Ter119, and the relative frequency of the individual hematopoietic lineages was determined by FACS. The percentage of cells positive for the indicated cell surface markers is denoted in each panel. (B) Spleen cells were isolated from wild-type (left) or AML1+/– (right) mice and stained for CD4 and CD8, and the frequency of cells staining with these antibodies was determined by FACS. The percentage of CD4+ and CD8+ cells, along with the CD4+ to CD8+ T-cell ratio, is indicated. The profile shown is from a single pair of age- and sex-matched littermates. Identical results were obtained from 2 other pairs of mice.
