Induction of regulatory T-cell genes after FC transplantation. Splenocytes isolated from HSC+FC (n = 4) and HSC+T_BM (n = 3) recipients 28 days after BMT were individually analyzed using real-time PCR for mRNA encoding GITR, CTLA-4, and FoxP3. Mean ± SD log 2-fold changes of gene expression for HSC+FC recipients compared with HSC+T_BM recipients from 2 independent experiments are shown.
