Procoagulant activity of peritoneal macrophages. Macrophages were isolated from wild-type mice, low-TF mice, and low-TF mice given transplants with wild-type BM. Cells were cultured in the presence (▪) or absence (□) of LPS, and procoagulant activity was measured.
