Treatment with recombinant human fucosyltransferase VI enhances P- and E-selectin binding activity on CB-CD34⁺CD38lo/neg cells. CB-MNCs were treated with rhFucTVI for 40 minutes at 37°C in the presence of GDP-fucose or left untreated, stained for CD34 and CD38 expression and binding of P- or E-selectin.
