FucTVI treatment enhances the capacity of CB-CD34⁺ cells to interact with BM microvessels. Purified CB-CD34⁺ cells were treated with FucTVI or left untreated, fluorescently labeled, and injected into NOD/SCID mice prepared for BM intravital microscopy. The numbers of cells interacting with the BM microvasculature were determined by analysis of video recordings.
