Overexpression of constitutively active STAT3 in IL-10^-/- BMDCs. IL-10^-/- BMDCs were infected with the constitutively active, FLAG-tagged STAT3 adenovirus (Ad5STAT3C) or Ad5GFP as a negative control. (A) After infection, BMDCs were collected and protein extracts from these cells were subjected to Western blot analysis using FLAG antibody. (B) After infection, cells were fixed with 100% methanol and FLAG expression was detected by immunofluorescence using FLAG antibody, followed by FITC-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG antibody. The results are representative of 3 independent experiments.
