This estimated value was determined as the sum of the viabilities in cells treated with either THC or cisplatin alone. Cells were also cultured with small concentrations of THC (IC5, ⋄; and IC10, ▴) or left untreated (▪) to investigate whether these suboptimal doses could enhance the cytotoxic effects of cisplatin. Each data point represents the means and SDs of at least 4 separate experiments.
