G2A is required for the chemotaxis of mouse peritoneal macrophages to LPC. Thioglycollate-elicited peritoneal macrophages were pretreated with 100 ng/mL PTX or control buffer (No PTX) at 37°C for 1 hour. Chemotaxis of these cells to LPC and C5a was assessed by transwell assays. Migrated macrophages crossing the polycarbonate membrane were stained and counted under microscope at 200 × magnification.
