Ang1 and Ang2 induce neutrophil adhesion to HUVECs. Neutrophil adhesion to HUVECs was determined by cell surface adhesion assay under static conditions. PBS was used as a control. Due to slight variations in basal neutrophil adhesion between different experiments, we reported our data as relative neutrophil adhesion (%). Neutrophil recruitment induced by Ang1 (A) and Ang2 (B), both at 7.5 minutes, was determined at different concentrations (10^–12 to 10^–8 M; left panels) and in function of time at 10^–9 M (5 to 15 minutes; right panels).
