Combination of Ang1 and Ang2 promotes neutrophil adhesion on hECM: implication of Tie2 and β₂ integrin. Neutrophils were pretreated with increasing concentrations of blocking anti-hTie2 IgG (0.05 to 1 μg/mL) or blocking anti-CD18 IgG (1 to 5 μg/mL) antibodies 15 minutes prior to the adhesion assay on hECM. Neutrophils were stimulated with either Ang1, Ang2, or the Ang1/Ang2 combination (10^–9 M; 7.5 minutes).
