RGS2 induces c/EBPα expression in Flt3-ITD–transformed 32D cells. The 32D cells were stably transfected with Flt3-WT or Flt3-ITD or cotransfected with Flt3-ITD and RGS2. The cells were cultured for 12 hours in the absence of IL-3; Flt3-WT transfected cells were exposed to FL. Parental 32D cells were grown either in the presence of IL-3 or stimulated for 12 days with G-CSF as indicated. (A) c/EBPα mRNA expression was determined by real-time RT-PCR.
