Phenotypic analysis of ALL. Peripheral blood lymphoid cells derived from LL10 (A), LL8 (B), and LL2 (C) patients were analyzed for expression of Nectin-2 and other representative markers by incubating cells with a specific mAb followed by either PE- or FITC-conjugated isotype-specific goat antimouse second reagents, respectively.
