Effects of various inhibitors on the cell growth of TEL-FGFR3 transfectants. The responses of Ba/F3 cells that were transfected with TF-V5 or mock to increasing concentrations of (A) U0126, (B) SB203580, (C) LY294002 in the presence or absence of IL-3, (D) wortmannin in the presence or absence of IL-3, or (E) rapamycin are shown. Similar results were obtained in several experiments.
