Time course of immune cell infiltration at the vaccine site. Seventy C3H/Hej mice were injected intradermally with 500 μL liquid matrigel with 10⁶ irradiated DA1-3b/CXCL10 (•), DA1-3b/IL-12 (▿), or control DA1-3b/Zeo leukemic cells (▪). Gels were excised at selected times and infiltrating cells were analyzed by flow cytometry for percentage of cells that were (A) CD3⁺ T cells, (B) CD3⁺CD4⁺ T cells, (C) CD3⁺CD8⁺ T cells, and (D) DX5⁺ NK cells. Data represent mean and SD from 10 mice analyzed in triplicate.
