Cytoplasmic and nuclear accumulation of pSTAT6 in response to IL-4 stimulation of GCB-like and ABC-like DLBCL cell lines. GCB-like (SUDHL6, SUDHL4) and the ABC-like (OCILY10) cell lines were stimulated for 15, 30, 60, and 120 minutes with IL-4 (100 U/mL) and amount of pSTAT6 was assessed by immunoblotting of the cytoplasm (A) and nuclear extracts (B). These experiments were repeated 3 times. Exposure time of every blot is indicated (5 seconds or 1 minute). (C) Nuclear extracts of GCB-like (SUDHL6, SUDHL4) and ABC-like (OCILY10) cell lines stimulated with IL-4 for 1 hour were immunoprecipitated (IP) with anti-phospho-Tyr antibody and immunoblotted (IB) with anti-STAT6 antibody.
