Constitutive and CD40-enhanced transcription of cytoprotective genes. (A) Quantitative PCR of cDNAs from unstimulated BJAB cells with no transgene (▪), API2-MALT1 (□), or MALT1 (▨). Relative expression levels were normalized to glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) mRNA expression. Standard deviation bars were obtained from 2 independent experiments, each performed in triplicates.
