In vivo effects of constitutive expression of C/EBPϵ on endogenous gene expression. (A) Expression of the C/EBPϵ proteins from 32Dcl3 stably transfected cells was analyzed by Western immunoblot on total cell lysate with an antibody specific for C/EBPϵ. Results were visualized by ECL. GAPDH indicates glyceraldehyde 6-phosphate dehydrogenase. (B) Ten micrograms total RNA was examined by Northern blot analysis with probes for the secondary granule genes NGAL and B9.Aprobe specific for 18S was used as the loading control.
