hOSCAR ligation modulates the pattern of cytokines/chemokines secreted by mono-DCs upon TLR stimulation. Mono-DCs were stimulated for 24 hours with plastic-coated MOPC21, anti-hOSCAR in combination with 10 ng/mL LPS, 25 μg/mL poly(I:C), or 10 μM R-848. Supernatant fluids were tested by ELISA for IL-10, IL-12 p40, IL-12 p70, and IP10/CXCL10 secretion.
