Induction of ceruloplasmin mRNA by hypoxia and CuCl₂ in Hep3B hepatoma cells. Real-time PCR quantification of reverse transcribed ceruloplasmin, VEGF, Glut-1, and L28 mRNA levels in Hep3B cells treated with 150 μM CuCl₂ under normoxic or hypoxic conditions for the indicated time periods.
