(A) CLL B cells from patients with unmutated (n = 17, left panel) and mutated (n = 20, right panel) VH genes were cultured for 48 hours in the presence of sol-IgM (10 μg/mL complete antibody or 5 μg/mL F(ab′)2 fragments) or 10 μg/mL imm-IgM.
