CD8α–CD11b+ DCs are the main cross-presenting cells of intestinal OVA. (A) A group of mice was given 100 mg intragastric OVA, and the CD11c+ cells were positively isolated after depletion with anti-CD8α and anti-CD11b microbeads. (B) Gr-1+B220+ cells were isolated from MLN low-density cells of mice treated with 100 mg intragastric OVA using FACS. Sorted cells were cocultured with CFSE-labeled OT-I T cells for 3 days and then analyzed by flow cytometry. The percentages of cells that had undergone division are indicated.
