According to the mutation pattern we found, there are 2 B-cell differentiation stages to which BL could correspond. They are early centroblasts for sBL (EBV-negative BL) and late GC B cells that have begun the differentiation process into memory B cells for eBL and AIDS-related BL (EBV-positive BL).
