I3C inhibits constitutively active NF-κB activity and proliferation of AML cells. A total of 1 × 10⁷ cells were resuspended in RPMI 1640 medium and treated with 50 μM I3C for 24 hours, and nuclear extracts were prepared and then analyzed for NF-κB activity by EMSA.
