Sorted lymphoid-committed progenitor cells from congenic B6-CD45.1 mice were injected intravenously in irradiated B6 (n = 3) and LTβR–/– (n = 4) mice, which both express the CD45.2 allele. Four to 5 weeks after injection flow cytometric analysis was performed.
