Multiplex PCR determination of LPL and ADAM29 expression.LPL and ADAM29 transcripts were amplified simultaneously; the PCR products were then separated by electrophoresis on agarose gel and visualized under UV illumination after ethidium bromide staining. Amplification of the GAPDH gene from the same transcripts served as control of cDNA integrity.
