(B) HFE from whole-cell lysates of WT PBMCs was detected by Western blot with anti-HFE C-terminal (CT) Ab. A total of 30 μg total protein was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE and transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane. The membrane was probed with anti-HFE (CT) or with secondary antibody alone (2ary).
