TRAIL and Fas are induced by IFN-α and IFN-γ in MM, whereas Bcl-2 family members remain unchanged. U-266-1970 cells (A-E) or U-1958 cells (F) were treated with IL-6 (20 U/mL) alone or in combination with IFN-α (1000 U/mL) or IFN-γ (5000 U/mL) and were harvested at the indicated time points. Total RNA was isolated and RPAs were performed using PharMingen multiprobe templates (A) hApo-2c, (B) hApo-6, (C) hApo-3b, (D) hApo-3C, and (E-F) hApo-3C.
