PKC kinase inhibitors block Wnt-3a-induced migration. H929 (A) and OPM-2 (B) cells pretreated with increasing concentrations (0.025-1 μM) of PKC inhibitors were subjected to migration assays as described in Figure 1. Polycarbonate pore membranes were coated with the HS-27A stromal cell line and inhibitor, plus Wnt-3a was included in the lower chamber. Results are shown as mean ± SE (n = 3).
