Ramos cells were incubated for 1 minute with the indicated concentrations of high-affinity MoAb HB57, intermediate-affinity MoAb Mu53, or isotype control MOPC-21 (100 μg/mL = MoAb:cell ratio of 5 μg/105 cells; 10 μg/mL = 0.5 μg/105 cells; 1 μg/mL = 0.05 μg/105 cells). (A) Tyrosine-phosphorylated protein was assayed as described in Fig 5, with the exception that 5 μg of lysate was loaded per lane. (B) Blots were stripped and reblotted with anticatalase as described in Fig 5.
