Immunoprecipitation of FVIII and FVIII domains by anti-FVIII IgG.

Anti-FVIII antibodies affinity-purified from IVIg were coincubated with radiolabeled purified A1 and A2 domains, recombinant C2 domain, purified FVIII light chain, and FVIII. Following immunoprecipitation, ratios of bound radioactivity to total radioactivity were calculated.
