MYC overexpression caused by genomic aberrations (eg, translocations, mutations, or duplications) or B-cell activation downregulates miR-150 expression during the transformation of FL to DLBCL or in aggressive FL. Low levels of miR-150 lead to the upregulation of its target, FOXP1.
