Reversal of the anticoagulation effect of the top-hit drugs by vitamin K. (A) FIXgla-PC/HEK293 cells were incubated with increasing concentrations of vitamin K in cell culture medium containing 3 µM of the test drug or DMSO (control) for 24 hours. The carboxylation efficiency of the reporter protein was determined by ELISA. (B) EC₅₀ of vitamin K for reporter protein carboxylation in the presence of the test drugs or DMSO (control).
