About Blood Neoplasia

Blood Neoplasia, an online and open access journal of the American Society of Hematology, provides an international forum for the publication of original articles describing basic laboratory, translational, and clinical investigations that focus on hematologic malignancies - including leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, Waldenström macroglobulinemia, myeloproliferative neoplasms, minimal residual disease, and precursor conditions to neoplasia.

Blood Neoplasia aims to publish articles that exhibit rigor and impact, along with novelty. All articles are expected to be concise, well-organized and clearly written. The journal compliments the general hematology journals within our portfolio, (Blood & Blood Advances), by publishing content more focused to the neoplasia community.

Primary research articles will be published under the following scientific categories:

  • Basic Mechanisms of Neoplasia
  • Lymphoid Neoplasia
  • Myeloid Neoplasia
  • Translational Research
  • Clinical Trials and Observations

Authors are invited to submit a Presubmission Inquiry, including an abstract and cover letter, if they are uncertain whether their work falls within the general scope of the journal.
