Evidence for Cyclic -3',5'-Adenosine Monophosphate as Chemotactic Agent for Polymorphonuclear Leukocytes

Since cyclic AMP is synthesized by bacteria, and is a heat stable molecule of small molecular weight, it is presumed to be one of the components in bacteria capable of producing positive chemotaxis in leukocytes.
