In the article by Beran, Kantarjian, O'Brien et al entitled, “Topotecan, a Topoisomerase I Inhibitor, Is Active in the Treatment of Myelodysplastic Syndrome and Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia,” which appeared in the October 1, 1996 issue (Vol 88, No 7, pp 2473-2479), corrections should be noted. Michael Moore was mistakenly listed as a co-author, when in fact the name should be Dennis F. Moore, Jr.
