On page 5944 in the 21 June 2012 issue, there is an error in the fifth sentence of the second paragraph of the Inside Blood commentary. During copyediting, the abbreviation “NK cells” was expanded incorrectly to “national” instead of “natural” killer cells. The sentence reads, “In an earlier report on FHL5 patients, Meeths et al evaluated 11 patients with STXBP2 mutations and showed that stimulation of the lymphocytes with IL-2 rescued the national killer cell functional defects.” The sentence should have read, “In an earlier report on FHL5 patients, Meeths et al evaluated 11 patients with STXBP2 mutations and showed that stimulation of the lymphocytes with IL-2 rescued the natural killer cell functional defects.” The error has been corrected in the online version, which now differs from the print version.
