Abstract
Fifty-two whole blood samples from 17 patients were analyzed for ascorbic acid concentration and Cr51 tagging. Physiologic concentrations of ascorbic acid in whole blood in vivo reduced radioactive sodium chromate in vitro and impaired tagging.
