Abstract
These experiments show that certain AKR cells have a leukemic potential which can develop even when they reside in a foreign host. The results indicate that these cells are most prevalent in the 20-week-old AKR thymus, but are also found to be present in AKR bone marrow as early as 7 weeks of age.
