A man in his 30s with primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma began chemotherapy with dose-adjusted rituximab, etoposide, prednisolone, vincristine, cyclophosphamide, and doxorubicin (DA-R-EPOCH protocol). After the fourth cycle, asymptomatic hyperpigmented macules were noted on the patient’s tongue (Figure).
