On page 4097 in the 18 November 2010, issue, in Table 1 there are 3 errors in the column “Therapeutic goal after 2 y of imiglucerase treatment.” The row for “Hemoglobin level, g/dL” reads: “Increase to ≥ 11 for females and ≤ 12 for males.” The row should have read: “Increase to ≥ 11 for females and ≥ 12 for males.” In the row for “Spleen volume, MN” both instances where it reads: “Reduce volume by ≤ 50% and/or reduce to < 8MN” should have read: “Reduce volume by ≥ 50% and/or reduce to < 8MN.”
