In the article beginning on page 5607 in the 26 May 2011 issue, there is an error in a mutation of TERT. The mutation reads, “Lys902Arg,” but should read, “Lys902Asn.” This error occurs in the first row of Table 1 and in Figure 1D (page 5608), Figure 2A (page 5609), and supplemental Figure 1A-B. The error in supplemental Figure 1 is now corrected in the online data supplement.
