Erratum for vol. 95, p. 111

The paper entitled “DNA methylation represses the expression of the human erythropoietin gene by two different mechanisms,” by Hong Yin and K. L. Blanchard, published in the January 1, 2000, issue of Blood (Volume 95:111-119), was chosen as a Plenary Paper by the editors of the Journal. Unfortunately, due to a non-Y2K-related software malfunction, it was not so designated in that issue. The editors offer their sincere apology for this error and commend the readership to revisit this important paper.
