An electron micrograph reveals an intracytoplasmic immunoglobulin crystal, resembling baseball's home plate, in follicular small cleaved cell lymphoma. The immunoglobulin (Ig) crystal is within the endoplasmic reticulum. Ig crystals confined to neoplastic cells have been reported in 9 other cases of non-Hodgkin B-cell lymphomas of diverse histologic types.FIG1
