Retraction: The triterpenoid CDDO-Imidazolide induces apoptosis and enhances fludarabine-induced apoptosis of CLL B-cells

We retract this prepublished paper. Upon analysis of additional CLL patient specimens since the original submission, the effects of CDDO-IM on fludarabine-induced apoptosis have proven to be highly variable. A larger collection of patient specimens must eventually be analyzed to obtain a clearer picture of the cellular effects and molecular mechanisms of CDDO-IM in CLL B cells.
