In the article by Seibel et al entitled “Early postinduction intensification therapy improves survival for children and adolescents with high-risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia: a report from the Children's Oncology Group,” which appeared in the March 1, 2008, issue of Blood (Volume 111:2548–2555), Tables 3 and 4 featured erroneous column headings. In the rightmost column of each of these tables, the column heading should be “P” with no comma or “t” thereafter.
