On page 4481 in the May 1, 2008, issue, there is an error in Table 1 in the “Single or daily dose” column. In the row titled “Phase A” under the heading “Reinduction, protocol II,” the dose of 60 mg/m² per day for dexamethasone (PO) is incorrect. The correct dose for dexamethasone (PO) is 10 mg/m² per day.
