On page 4749 in the 2 December 2010 issue, there is an error in the legend of Figure 2; “All-grade sensory PN” of the “Once-weekly group” and “Grade 3/4 sensory PN” of the “Twice-weekly group” were inadvertently inverted. The corrected figure is shown.
